Overview
Just before taking a major campaign to market, 2degrees looked to DAN to optimise their checkout flow on their digital channels. Within a 3-week timeframe, we designed and built a new checkout flow that significantly elevated conversion rates, ultimately contributing to the success of 2degrees’ Christmas marketing campaign.
The Challenge
The primary challenge lay in the constrained timeline. 2degrees needed a rapid solution to revamp their checkout flow to significantly improve conversion rates from a stagnant 2% to meet their campaign objectives. We had three weeks to design and implement a solution.
The Solution
We ran Solution Sprints that included project shaping with stakeholders across the business, experience design and supporting the internal build team. These sprints aimed to swiftly identify bottlenecks and implement efficient methods for streamlining the checkout process. We also connected data, product and fulfilment to ensure the experiment created a frictionless customer experience, including measuring and adapting the experience while live.
