Overview

Just before taking a major campaign to market, 2degrees looked to DAN to optimise their checkout flow on their digital channels. Within a 3-week timeframe, we designed and built a new checkout flow that significantly elevated conversion rates, ultimately contributing to the success of 2degrees’ Christmas marketing campaign.

The Challenge

The primary challenge lay in the constrained timeline. 2degrees needed a rapid solution to revamp their checkout flow to significantly improve conversion rates from a stagnant 2% to meet their campaign objectives. We had three weeks to design and implement a solution.

The Solution

We ran Solution Sprints that included project shaping with stakeholders across the business, experience design and supporting the internal build team. ​ These sprints aimed to swiftly identify bottlenecks and implement efficient methods for streamlining the checkout process. We also connected data, product and fulfilment to ensure the experiment created a frictionless customer experience, including measuring and adapting the experience while live.
