The Challenge

Southern Cross Health Society was transitioning to a new customer engagement platform, presenting an opportunity to consolidate and align all their digital client communications while maintaining brand consistency during a period of brand evolution. With a tight three-week deadline, Southern Cross needed 26 customisable email templates designed to accommodate 140 different variations across 40 electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns.

The Work

We collaborated closely with Southern Cross to ensure the email designs aligned with their evolving brand identity. By developing a design system, we streamlined the creation of new emails using reusable components, which accelerated implementation and ensured consistency across all communications. Our approach resulted in 26 customisable email templates that reinforced Southern Cross’s brand identity while providing flexibility for future campaigns. The successful integration of these templates into the new platform ensured a seamless transition, enhanced brand recognition, and efficient deployment of EDMs, all within the project’s tight timeline.
