Navigating multiple pages for new and used machinery, parts, and servicing was clunky and time-consuming, making it harder for customers to find what they needed. With operations across Australia and New Zealand, they also wanted localised content and a streamlined way to handle enquiries—all while ensuring the site was future-ready.

We redesigned the website to enhance user experience, consolidating machinery listings and adding a fast search tool. The enquiry process now integrates sales, servicing, parts, and finance, linked to CLAAS Harvest Centre’s IDEAL platform. Content is personalised by country, with local teams highlighted for easy contact. The design is cleaner and more visual, improving engagement and navigation. Optimised for SEO, the site is built to attract more customers and support CLAAS Harvest Centre’s growth.
