Digital Arts Network partnered with Geoscape Australia to redesign and build a new web experience that simplifies key customer journeys, reflects their refreshed brand identity and enhances their market positioning in the geospatial intelligence sector.

The Opportunity

Geoscape, a leader in providing geospatial location intelligence to both government and private sectors in Australia, required a modern website that better communicated their value proposition. The goal was to create a user-friendly, visually appealing platform that would resonate with diverse user groups, while also offering brand storytelling, simple navigation, intuitive information architecture, maintainability and security.

The Solution

To achieve this, Digital Arts Network conducted in-depth stakeholder research to define strategic goals and customers’ functional goals. We developed detailed user flows, an intuitive information architecture, and a robust content strategy. We tested with customers from diverse groups to refine flows and designs, ensuring seamless navigation and interaction for all users.

The Outcome

The new design introduced a refreshed look and feel that aligns with Geoscape’s updated identity, helping to strengthen their brand and meet new and existing customer needs. The result is an impactful website that offers clear and simple user journeys and brand narrative. The new platform is easy to maintain, secure, and effectively supports Geoscape Australia’s mission of delivering precise geospatial intelligence across various sectors.
