The Challenge

Golden Bay Cement and Winstone Aggregates acknowledged the need to digitally transform their operations and enhance supply chain management. Recognising the limitations of their current digital channels, they collaborated with DAN to identify opportunities for cost reduction and customer experience improvement.

The Result

Through comprehensive evaluation of existing digital channels, engaging customers, staff in interviews and workshops, we analysed the customer experience and uncovered 36 potential enhancements. These improvements would yield benefits for both customers and the business.
